Our Process: From Dream to Dress
Depending on whether you’re completed a mail order, will be visiting Thailand for part of the process, or will be present in Thailand for the entire process, you can expect the steps to differ slightly when it comes to fittings and measurements. However, you can expect roughly the following steps:
Step 1: Consultation
Our process begins with a thorough consultation to understand what you’re looking for in a wedding dress, and whether you already have a design in mind. We’ll discuss your preferred styles, fabrics, and any specific details you want to include. This can be done via video call or in person if you’re visiting Thailand.
Step 2: Design and Measurement
Once we have a clear understanding of your preferences, we will work with you to confirm your preferred design and obtain your measurements.
Step 3: Tailoring and Fittings
Our wedding dress tailors will begin making your dress with precision and care. If you’re in Thailand, you will also have the opportunity to try on your dress and make any necessary adjustments.
Step 4: Final Touches and Delivery
Once your dress is complete, it will be delivered to you. In Bangkok, we will send it to your hotel by messenger; and for mail orders, we’ll carefully package and ship your dress to your doorstep using a prepaid tax courier service, so you won’t have to worry about it getting held up at customs.
