1. Welcome and Introduction
Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by our team. We will introduce you to our range of services and provide an overview of what to expect during your visit, including informing you of any mega bundles that may appeal to you based on the types of garments you’re interested in having tailored.
You will be able to browse through our extensive fabric collection to see which fabrics align with your style and needs; and also browse through lookbooks to draw inspiration for your custom garments. Our tailors and dressmakers will be on hand to guide you through the process.
2. Measurements
Accurate measurements are the foundation of a well-fitting garment. Our tailors will take your measurements and work with you to understand what sort of fit is comfortable for you, tailoring your garments accordingly.
3. Design Consultation
Our tailor/dressmaker can work with you to design your custom garments from scratch, or can advise you on how you can customize existing designs to better reflect your individuality and unique style sense.
4. The Magic Happens
Once our traveling tailors and dressmakers have returned to Bangkok, we will begin working on your custom garments with utmost care and attention to detail.
5. Q.C. and Delivery
After your garments have been tailored, they will first undergo a thorough internal Q.C. process to double-check that each and every detail has been made in accordance with your size and style preferences. Once this process is complete, we will courier your custom-tailored clothes to your doorstep.
